This Privacy Policy explains how Temp Mail (“we”, “the App”) handles information when you use our application. We are committed to transparency and minimal data collection.
1. Summary
We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information. The App stores temporary email accounts locally on your device. Third-party SDKs (advertising, analytics) may collect limited, anonymized device data as described below.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Your name, real email address, or contact details
- Location data
- Phone number
- Contacts or calendar data
- Photos, files, or media (except attachments you explicitly download)
2.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device using encrypted local storage and is never transmitted to NewAgeDevs servers:
- Temporary email account credentials (address, encrypted password, authentication token)
- App preferences (theme, language, premium status)
- Ad frequency counters
2.3 Email Data (via Mail.tm)
Temporary email addresses, received messages, and attachments are stored on Mail.tm servers, not NewAgeDevs servers. When you delete an account, Mail.tm permanently deletes all associated data. Refer to https://mail.tm for Mail.tm’s privacy practices.
3. Third-Party SDKs
3.1 AppLovin MAX (Advertising)
The App uses AppLovin MAX to display advertisements to free users. AppLovin may collect:
- Advertising ID (Android Ad ID / IDFA)
- IP address (used to determine general region for ad targeting)
- Device type and OS version
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
AppLovin does not collect personally identifiable information. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device’s advertising settings.

3.2 Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)
If you make an in-app purchase (“Remove Ads” lifetime), the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. NewAgeDevs receives only a confirmation of purchase status (purchased / not purchased). We do not receive your payment details.

3.3 Firebase / Google Services
The App may use Google’s crash reporting or analytics if integrated. Any such data is anonymized and aggregated.
4. Permissions
The App requests the following Android permissions:

We do not request permissions beyond what is necessary for the App’s core functionality.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at imamagun94@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.
6. Data Security
All temporary email credentials stored on your device are encrypted using GetStorage. We do not transmit these credentials to our servers. Communication with Mail.tm is performed over HTTPS.
7. Data Retention
- Local device data: Retained until you delete the app or manually delete accounts within the app.
- Mail.tm email data: Retained for up to 7 days on Mail.tm servers per their policy. Deleted immediately upon account deletion.
- Ad data: Managed by AppLovin per their data retention policy.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws, including:
- Right to know what data is collected
- Right to delete your data (delete accounts in-app to remove Mail.tm data)
- Right to opt out of personalized advertising (via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads)
Since we do not collect personal data directly, most requests can be fulfilled by deleting your accounts within the App.
9. International Users
The App is developed in Bangladesh. If you use the App from outside Bangladesh, your data (processed by third-party SDKs) may be transferred internationally. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
